Artists’ Homes presents selected Styrian artists and their work in a personal and often unusual context. It is an initiative that facilitates tours to the homes or studio locations of artists who are based in or around Graz. These excursions stimulate a social dimension beyond the walls of the Grazer Kunstverein, and open doors to the compelling and diverse talents of artists living in the region. Based on the success of this initiative as originated by the previous director, Artists’ Homes will continue and expand in the future, to include tours to the homes of collectors, curators, architects, designers, writers, composers, and other cultural producers, as well as visual and performing artists. |
